Mondays are about Motivation, Meditation and “Making a Difference”. We focus on creating and challenging others to create Mandalas to be used as a meditational tool.

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY
Health and Wellness are used so loosely. Let’s focus on a holistic way of living. This not only includes exercise and diet but rather, also adopting a positive good work/life balance. Wellness Wednesday is a reminder to make a conscious effort to choose you first.
THANKFUL THURSDAY
What are you Thankful for? We are thankful for you visiting our page. Everyone needs a constant reminder of what they are grateful but also who is grateful for them. Thankful Thursday focuses on empowering others to show gratitude to self, each other and the universe.
